I got this coat because I am spending time with my son and family in South Dakota. Very cold and I wanted something to cover my legs. This coat is absolutely wonderful. normally I wear a medium, but I got a large because I layer sweatshirts, sweaters etc, so wanted plenty of room. A medium would have worked, but it would not have left any room to move, so the large is perfect for bulky clothing underneath. It's not terribly heavy either which is a plus. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this coat, and have no fear if staying warm in minus degree weather! Great buy!!!!

Just be careful going up stairs I have stepped on mine a couple of times. Also I gotten inquiries about where I bought it and how much they like it

I'm usually a medium and it does fit well enough, but given the choice would have gone up a size so that I could layer underneath and have longer sleeve length. I do love the coat overall though and look forward to wearing it this winter.

I absolutely love this coat. I am a tall person and finding a long coat is not the easiest. I found this coat and had to have it. It keeps me warm, fits great, not to heavy. Gorgeous coat, I would have loved to have kept it but a small was much too large.These coats run really big.the small was very big. I could grab a large handful of material at the back and sides of the coat.I was so disappointed.

After reading the other reviews I was afraid to purchase this in too small a size since I am very busty - I ordered an XL. Fits great across the chest but is too large below that which I fixed by just moving the buttons to where I wanted them. The coat is truly excellent!

I want to give this jacket 5 stars, but it has a couple of big flaws that prevent that. I do love the jacket. It feels fairly warm for me (so its probably toasty for a normal person) but it does not feel very windproof and the fabric cannot be completely waterproof. So this cannot be a daily wear jacket like I had really hoped. It does fit good and I like that the sleeves are long enough for me (which never happens). The inner lining is also a bot rough along the seams but it does not affect how it feels when I wear it.

I love the coat it looks beautiful in person, it's not a coat that is going to be to tapered or form-fitting, but enough to look stylish, it's pretty long,. To be honest so far the winter here in NY hasn't been that cold yet where I had a chance to wear it. But I do look forward to wearing and its a very well made coat that I feel will last me for years , and it will not go out of style in my opinion.
